You’ll work with Fernanda, our dedicated private dining coordinator with a decade of experience. As a constant presence in our rave reviews, she's the cornerstone of our commitment to you. Fernanda works around the clock, providing swift, knowledgeable responses to your every query. With Tavern Hall, your event planning experience is not just simple; it's virtually frictionless, ensuring your celebration unfolds effortlessly.

RENTAL FEES & DETAILS

Each room carries a rental fee in addition to a food and beverage minimum.  The rental fee entitles you to three or four hour rental depending on the particular room you choose for your event.  These rates vary based on the size of the room, the day/time of the week and the month of the year.  This is demand based pricing, so the busier we would be during your event, the more we need to charge to take the room private for your group.  We will confirm a reservation with a $500, non-refundable deposit which is applied to your bill when the event is over.  If you need to change the date of your event, will gladly do so if a better one is available. The Clock Room: Ideal for Small to Medium Groups

Nestled beneath our iconic reclaimed finials from an FBI building in Washington D.C. and right beneath the grand clock, The Clock Room offers an intimate setting with unique character. Seating up to 18 guests or accommodating up to 40 for standing cocktail events, it's perfect for cozy gatherings.

Enjoy the excitement of a shuffleboard table and catch the game on two flatscreens. Available for three-hour events from Monday through Thursday and extended to four hours on Friday through Sunday, it's a versatile choice for your special occasions. The Clock Room welcomes guests of all ages to revel in its charm.

Known affectionately as "The Corner Office" by our nearby office companions, this warm and fun space comfortably seats 32 and is perfect for hosting social events with up to 60 guests. Positioned in the southern corner of our establishment, it basks in the soft glow of natural daylight. Characterized by reclaimed windows sourced from a Portland church, it exudes a unique ambiance.

Relax in the inviting fireplace seating area, engage in a spirited game of shuffleboard, and enjoy your favorite programming on four flatscreen televisions. Available for three-hour events Monday through Thursday, and extended to four-hour events Friday through Sunday, The Corner Office offers flexibility to suit your schedule. Guests of all ages are welcome to revel in the elegance of this exceptional venue.

Welcome to The South Bar, the crown jewel of Tavern Hall, where your grandest gatherings come to life. This expansive space is tailor-made for accommodating large groups of up to 100 people. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a 150-year-old fireplace and a cozy sitting area, creating an inviting ambiance.

The South Bar boasts a century-old private bar imported from Baltimore, adding a touch of history to your event. Illuminating your celebration are light fixtures sourced from all corners of the world, infusing a global flair into your soirée.

Entertainment options abound with two shuffleboard tables, two steel-tip dart boards, four presentation-enabled flatscreen TVs, and video games like Golden Tee and Buck Hunter. Whether it's friendly competitions or relaxed viewing, there's something for everyone.

For your convenience, The South Bar offers a private entrance, allowing you to bypass the crowds at the front door and make a grand entrance of your own.

Please note that this room is available for four-hour events and, regrettably, cannot accommodate guests under the age of 21.
